1. Return & Replacement Policy
We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:
- You received a wrong product.
- The product was damaged or leaked during delivery.
- The product is expired or defective.
If any of these apply, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video proof of the product condition at 📧 krishnamritayurved@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 📞 63961 84512 / 88658 17200.
2. Conditions for Return
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be raised within 2 days of receiving the order.
- Once verified, a replacement or refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened or partially used Ayurvedic products.
- Products without original seal or packaging.
- Items purchased during promotional offers or discounts.
4. Refund Process
- If your refund is approved, it will be initiated to your original payment method (UPI/Bank/Card) within 7–10 working days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, they cannot be cancelled.
